PGI has opened up the first round of their “Build your own Trial ‘Mech” competition over at MechWarrior Online… this one is for Heavy ‘Mechs.<\/p>\n
Here are the rules:<\/p>\n
Okay `Mech mechanics, here’s your chance to choose the loadout for a Heavy `Mech and have that become be assembled and made available as a Trial `Mech in the month of April!!<\/p>\n
How does it work?\u00c2\u00a0 Post your favorite Catapult, Dragon, or Cataphract\u00c2\u00a0build using any of the variants available in game.\u00c2\u00a0 Make it the most efficient build you can and we will pick the\u00c2\u00a0top 5<\/span><\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0loadouts and let the community vote on which one becomes April’s Heavy Trial `Mech!<\/p>\n
Things to keep in mind:<\/p>\n

- You are creating a custom loadout for any existing, Heavy weight class variant.<\/li>\n
- You are NOT allowed to create\/move hardpoints.<\/li>\n
- You can apply any upgrades you see fit (Ferro-Fibrous, Double Heat Sinks, Endo-Steel, Artemis).<\/li>\n
- Your loadout must conform to the variant’s weight\/hardpoint restrictions.<\/li>\n
- No, you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have to write a back-story for your submission.<\/li>\n
- No, these Mech builds will not have custom geometry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
