{"id":1246,"date":"2013-10-16T19:13:03","date_gmt":"2013-10-17T01:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bigdamnheroes.org\/?p=1246"},"modified":"2013-10-16T19:15:46","modified_gmt":"2013-10-17T01:15:46","slug":"extra-life-streaming-schedule","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bigdamnheroes.org\/?p=1246","title":{"rendered":"Extra Life Streaming Schedule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As you&#8217;re already aware, I&#8217;m playing games for 25 hours on November 2nd, to support Extra Life, and raise money for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.extra-life.org\/index.cfm?fuseaction=donordrive.participant&amp;participantID=53438\" target=\"_blank\">Colorado Children&#8217;s Hospital.<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0 If you haven&#8217;t already you can read <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bigdamnheroes.org\/?p=1199\" target=\"_blank\">this post<\/a>, to find out the story behind my participation this year.<\/p>\n<p>As I&#8217;ve mentioned before, I&#8217;m going to stream my gameplay for the day, and I&#8217;ve finished putting together the schedule I&#8217;m going to use. \u00c2\u00a0That way, if people want to pop in and out to see a particular game, they&#8217;ll know around when to show up.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So, here&#8217;s the schedule (all times are listed in Mountain time, since, you know.. I live in Colorado):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0800 &#8211; 1000 &#8211; MechWarrior Online (I&#8217;ll be playing in my new Phoenix &#8216;Mechs, come watch them get shot out from under me)!<\/li>\n<li>1030 &#8211; 1230 &#8211; MechWarrior Tactics &#8211; I&#8217;ve received permission from IGP to stream, even though the game is currently under NDA. \u00c2\u00a0If you want a sneak peek at the game, stop by!<\/li>\n<li>1300 &#8211; 1500 &#8211; Star Wars: The Old Republic (special guest appearance by my son, since we&#8217;ll be playing together).<\/li>\n<li>1530 &#8211; 1730 &#8211; Hearthstone! \u00c2\u00a0I just got in the beta, there is no NDA, come watch me figure out how to play!<\/li>\n<li>1800 &#8211; 2000 &#8211; MechWarrior Tactics again (Once is not enough, and the prime time slot might allow more people to stop by).<\/li>\n<li>2030 &#8211; 2230 &#8211; Saints Row IV (Not for those who dislike pixelated nudity, cussing, or over the top violence) (totally inappropriate for kids!)<\/li>\n<li>2300 &#8211; 0100 &#8211; XCom! \u00c2\u00a0(watch as I see how many squad members can die on any given mission!)<\/li>\n<li>0130 &#8211; 0330 &#8211; MechWarrior Online (Nothing says &#8216;time change&#8217; like knocking someone back an hour with a PPC blast to the cockpit!)<\/li>\n<li>0400 &#8211; 0600 &#8211; Borderlands 2 \u00c2\u00a0(PEW PEW, BANG BANG!)<\/li>\n<li>0630 &#8211; 0800 &#8211; Baldur&#8217;s Gate! \u00c2\u00a0(That&#8217;s right! I&#8217;m finishing off the marathon with a classic!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The short break between each game is for bio breaks, eating, standing up&#8230;and making sure that any video from captures is recorded properly. \u00c2\u00a0All game play (assuming everything works properly) will be saved on Twitch, and hopefully sent over to my youtube channel as well. \u00c2\u00a0Should I encounter issues with any of the games (server being down, for example)..
