{"id":1183,"date":"2013-09-10T21:39:31","date_gmt":"2013-09-11T03:39:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bigdamnheroes.org\/?p=1183"},"modified":"2013-09-10T21:39:31","modified_gmt":"2013-09-11T03:39:31","slug":"dreamhost-turns-16","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bigdamnheroes.org\/?p=1183","title":{"rendered":"DreamHost turns 16"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Not really video game related..but, relevant since they&#8217;re my web host (and, they&#8217;re giving away free hosting time because it&#8217;s their birthday). \u00c2\u00a0From the 7th through the 21st the fine folks over at Dreamhost are celebrating their sweet 16! \u00c2\u00a0I&#8217;ve been with them since 2005 (at least, that&#8217;s what it says on my account page :P). \u00c2\u00a0I&#8217;ve never had any real issues with their availability (sure, there&#8217;s been a few outages..but, that&#8217;ll happen anywhere). \u00c2\u00a0I&#8217;ve had to work with their support people on a few occasions (I once had a phpBB install that wasn&#8217;t locked down as well as I thought it was) and they&#8217;ve been knowledgeable, and quick to resolve my issues. \u00c2\u00a0They&#8217;ve got great pricing, great staff&#8230; their monthly newsletter is downright hilarious. \u00c2\u00a0If that wasn&#8217;t enough..
