This past Thursday, the Star Citizen team released the pre-alpha Hangar module. \u00c2\u00a0This is a chance for backers (both Kickstarter, and otherwise) a chance to get a very, very, early glimpse at some limited gameplay and assets. \u00c2\u00a0In this case, your pledge purchased ships – well.. some of them anyway. \u00c2\u00a0The Hangar download page lists which models are currently available in game (and, conveniently enough… provides links to purchase any you don’t already own(. \u00c2\u00a0Here’s what it looks like:<\/p>\n

There are three tiers of the Hangar, based on ship size. \u00c2\u00a0Discount, Business, and Deluxe. \u00c2\u00a0Smaller ships like the Aurora or 300 series, get a Discount Hangar. \u00c2\u00a0Bigger ships like the Freelancer (up to, but not including the Constellation) get the Business, and Constellation and up get Deluxe. \u00c2\u00a0To really show off the Hangar module… you need video. \u00c2\u00a0So, I jumped into my business hangar and recorded a little something for everyone to watch:<\/p>\n
