Not currently in the MechWarrior Tactics Closed Beta, but interested in helping out (and getting an early peek at the beta)?<\/p>\n

Of course you are! BLG, and IGP are looking for some additional bodies to help fry.. I mean.. test.. the servers.\u00c2\u00a0 You do need to be signed up over on the MWT forums (sign up here<\/a>, if you’re not already signed up).<\/p>\n

From tomorrow morning at 9AM (Eastern Time), till Friday (the 23rd) at 9 AM (Eastern time), anyone with an account on the MWT site can jump in, and help test.<\/p>\n

Things to keep in mind:<\/p>\n

NDA<\/strong><\/em> <\/span>is still in place, this means no posting screenshots, streaming your gameplay, or otherwise talking about the current state of the game.<\/p>\n

The game is still in Beta, this is not a finished product, and you will most likely encounter bugs (given it’s a stress test, I’d say you’re pretty much guaranteed to encounter a bug.. that’s kinda the point, right?)<\/p>\n

Public Stress Test<\/p>\n

Grab your friends and joins us for the MechWarrior Tactics first public stress test! This 3 day event is open access, which means that for the first time ever, everyone is welcome to play MechWarrior Tactics without requiring Beta access.<\/p>\n

If you haven’t already, signup on our website. From August 20 at 9am EDT until August 23 at 9am EDT you’ll be able to access MechWarrior Tactics whether you’re in the Beta or not!<\/p>\n

The purpose of this stress test is to observe how the backend infrastructure of MechWarrior Tactics reacts to a large influx of players. We appreciate your patience should we find any issues during the test, as our developers may require unexpected downtime or a server reset. This will include a full wipe of user progress, inventory, and currencies (but we’ll re-grant you some starter currency!) as we continue to review the game economy. After the stress test, players will again require beta access to play MechWarrior Tactics.<\/p>\n

Since we are still in the Closed Beta testing phase, our NDA still applies. We kindly ask that you do not spread your experience beyond our forums or post screenshots\/videos of MechWarrior Tactics, as the game is incomplete and is in active development. A screenshot today might look a lot different than a screenshot tomorrow, and we trust that our community can respect our craft by holding off with personal reviews until we’re at a point that we feel accurately embodies our general vision for MechWarrior Tactics.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
